This 1981 Modern Boat Corp, MBC Eurobanker 42 has a raised sundeck and is powered by Twin Lehman 120hp diesel with only 1279 hours. The current sellers have owned her for about 2 years and have done many updates.
There are 4 -150 gallon fuel tanks totally of 600 gallons of fuel which will give you a range of 1500 miles.
Tucked away under the berth in the Master Stateroom are two steel water tanks that hold 200 gallons of water.
There is plenty of room for all your family and friends with 2 ensuite cabins. The master cabin is HUGE with a queen walk-around bed and a lounger beside the bed.
You won’t get lost at sea as you have the assistance of the autohelm pilot. Some other perks on the boat are a 3 bank smart charger, 2x GPS echo sounders, stainless steel Simpson Davits.
She is a very eco-friendly boat with solar and wind generator systems for when offshore. Plug into shore power with the 30amp when in a marina. She also has 300 watts of solar panels that will run everything on the boat except fir the AC ((along with new 2000 watt inverter on the boat).
Instant hot water system when in the marina and also self-contained a/c when in a marina.
Enjoy the Lewmar windlass with a 66lb Lewmar anchor system (Bruce type).
She shows NO SIGNS of any leaks anywhere.
A recent high-end new wooden floor was installed in the aft cabin.

The slip is assumable and allows live-aboards, cost is $1200 per month plus an optional resort fee of $250 that gives pool and other access.
